Breach of Contract Victory for Patterson Law Firm

Congratulations to Patterson Law Firm attorney, Elise Yu, who recently won a victory in a breach of contract dispute on behalf of a restaurant owner. PLF's client was a 50% owner of a popular restaurant and bar in Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood who had sold his stake in the restaurant to a long-time acquaintance. As is common in the industry, the parties made two separate agreements, one to sell the stocks in the corporation that owned and operated the restaurant and the other to sell the liquor license. The seller eventually refused to pay for the liquor license and then denied that the parties had made any agreement for the same. PLF was retained, alleged a breach of oral contract for the sale of the liquor license and took the matter to arbitration on that same theory. Despite the seller's denials of the agreement, Elise destroyed his credibility at both his deposition and in the arbitration and the arbitrator awarded our client the full amount in damages that we sought.  For further information, please contact Elise Yu at

Hey would you mind letting me know which webhost you're using?

I've loaded your blog in 3 completely different browsers
and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you suggest a good internet
hosting provider at a reasonable price? Thank you, I appreciate it!

Today, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a 40
foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has
83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!
