Brooklyn Café “The End” Sues Starbucks Over Unicorn Frappuccino

The café The End has sued Starbucks for a copyright infringement over use of the intellectual property unicorn. The End offers a Unicorn Latte that is made as a restorative drink. The Unicorn Frappuccino which is already off menus was a colorful sugar filled treat offered by Starbucks.

The End claims that there are damages of $10 million already because of the confusion that the Unicorn Frappuccino has caused in relation to the Unicorn Latte. The End said that the Starbucks drink is guilty of “infringing, diluting, and otherwise diminishing the value of [The End’s] intellectual property.”
