For almost three years Mr. Patterson coauthored a bimonthly column in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin about jury instructions–the last words a jury hears in any case. We maintain an indexed collection of the 67 articles we wrote, from "age discrimination" to "unjust enrichment." These articles give us a head start when it is time to draft jury instructions.
