#20 Dirty window shops

Ms. Browne has represented the Sealy Mattress Company in a series of actions against what the client referred to as “dirty window shops,” small furniture stores that advertised Sealy products but in fact lacked such products to sell. She filed and prosecuted motions for preliminary injunctions against these shops throughout the United States and was successful in stopping the false advertising tactics of numerous dirty window shops, helping to protect the integrity of the Sealy name.
