Tom Patterson has authored a book entitled “Handling the Business Emergency: temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions,” published by the American Bar Association.

Tom also teaches an on-line continuing legal education course on the attorney-client privilege.

For almost three years, Tom coauthored a bimonthly column in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin about jury instructions - - the last words a jury hears in any case. We maintain an indexed collection of the 67 articles written, from “age discrimination” to “unjust enrichment.” These articles give us a head start when it is time to draft jury instructions.
