Following the publication of Thomas Patterson and Michael Haeberle’s book Handling the Business Emergency- Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions, the American Bar Association asked Patterson Law Firm to put together a panel discussion for the ABA panel section conference on April 28, 2022 in Baltimore, Maryland. Michael Haeberle will moderate a discussion of practical considerations in emergency business litigation practice with a panel of attorneys and a retired state supreme court judge.
