Tom Patterson to Present NBI Seminar on Indemnification Contracts

Chicago, IL–Tom Patterson has been invited to present a National Business Institute seminar in Eau Claire, Wisconsin focusing on indemnity agreements. The seminar will be recorded and available via NBI for CLE credit. Breach of contract cases often focus on indemnity agreements. “A commercial litigation perspective can help transactional lawyers advise their business clients,” Patterson said. “Maybe I can help reduce the number of business lawsuits.”
