Tom Patterson has authored the book entitled “Handling the Business Emergency: Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions,” published by the American Bar Association. Tom has taught an online continuing legal education course called “Conquering Commercial Catastrophes” and currently teaches a course in business litigation emergencies. For almost three years, Tom co-authored a bi-monthly column in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin about jury instructions – – the last words a jury hears in any case. We maintain an indexed collection of the 67 articles written, from “age discrimination” to “unjust enrichment.” These articles give us a head start when it is time to draft jury instructions.
