Jury Finds Sex Discrimination within the Chicago Park District

In federal court, we took on the Chicago Park District in a Title VII case and won. Title VII protects employees from discrimination and retaliation. After a contested trial, an 11-person male and one female jury found the Chicago Park District liable for sex discrimination against a female supervisor.
