James T. Nyeste

James T. Nyeste has more than 36 years of experience in insurance law and coverage, personal injury, disability, ERISA benefits, commercial litigation, contracts, and civil litigation generally. He represents insureds and claimants in all types of matters relating to insurance. His clients have recovered tens of millions of dollars from the insurance industry.
